AC:RevLab Welcomes Second Cohort, Driving Scalable Growth Across Ontario’s Innovation Ecosystem
AC:RevLab helps high-potential startups transform early traction into scalable and repeatable revenue. Delivered by the Accelerator Centre in partnership with Communitech and supported by FedDev Ontario, the program provides founders with mentorship, sales expertise, and the tools needed to build sustainable.

December 5, 2025 — Waterloo, ON — The Accelerator Centre (AC) is excited to announce the second cohort of AC:RevLab; its revenue-first growth accelerator aimed at helping early-stage tech startups turn their first few sales into scalable and repeatable revenue. This program is delivered as part of the Scale-Up Platform by Communitech, with support from the Government of Canada through the Federal Economic Development Agency for Southern Ontario (FedDev Ontario).
Bridging the Gap
Startups often face the challenge of having early traction but not yet a repeatable and scalable revenue model. AC:RevLab is designed specifically to help bridge that gap. By focusing on monetization strategies, refined sales processes, and customer feedback loops, the program aims to help founders avoid common pitfalls and scale more sustainably.
Over the six-month intensive program, participating startups receive:
1:1 mentorship and founder-focused coaching from experienced sales and growth leaders;
Hands-on support building sales systems — from prospecting to pipeline management and closing deals;
Expert-led workshops on go-to-market strategy, lead generation, customer experience, retention, and building a sales team;
Peer learning groups to share challenges, insights, and accountability across your cohort, and
CRM support from the team of experts at HubSpot, as well as access to HubSpot for Startups tools at a discounted rate.
The program is free for eligible startups, thanks to support from Communitech and FedDev Ontario.
