Frequently asked questions
1. Can I see the space before I book my event?
If you haven’t been to our space before, we’d be happy to arrange a tour! To schedule a visit, please contact us at info@acceleratorcentre.com. You can also explore the space with our virtual tour of the building.
2. Can I bring in my own furniture and supplies?
Absolutely! You’re more than welcome to bring in your own furniture and supplies for your meeting or event. Simply let us know, and we’ll clear out the AC furniture, so the space is ready for you.
3. How many people can the networking area seat?
The room seats 68 as currently set up, with additional chairs available upon request. The space can accommodate up to 100 people in total.
4. Can I rearrange or remove the AC’s furniture?
You’re welcome to rearrange the furniture for your event, as long as everything is returned to its original place afterward. Please note that AC furniture cannot be stored offsite to make room for client-supplied pieces.
5. Is the AC accessible?
We’re committed to making the AC accessible and welcoming. You’ll find two accessible parking spaces at the main entrance, hands-free door openers at the front doors, and an accessible stall with transfer bars in the washrooms.
Please note: Washroom doors are not automated, and some meeting room doors may not accommodate larger mobility devices.
6. Where can I park?
Parking is included with your booking on a first-come, first-served basis. Please remember to register your vehicle at reception when you arrive.
7. What is your cancellation policy?
Bookings may be cancelled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. To cancel your booking, email us at info@acceleratorcentre.com.
