All AC staff to work from home; client access to AC buildings remains.
Given the recent progression and pandemic classification of COVID-19, the Accelerator Centre, such as many local organizations, has implemented a modified operational plan to continue business as (mostly) usual, while keeping the wellbeing of our clients, partners, staff, mentors, and community members top of mind.
Innovation is our motivation and we feel strongly about continuing to provide AC clients with world-class programming to enable them to grow their companies to scale. At this time, the Public Health Agency of Canada continues to assess the public health risk associated with COVID-19 as low for the general population in Canada. But to remain diligent, our Headquarters, TD Sustainable Future Lab and Advanced Hardware Manufacturing Lab will remain open with the following preventive measures in place.
“We strongly feel that we have a responsibility to help limit the spread of COVID-19 to all community members,” says Accelerator Centre CEO Paul Salvini. “We will continue to implement increased safety measures as needed by closely monitoring the current status and upcoming projections on the effects of the virus.”
Clients and tenants are encouraged to email your programs and client event coordinator in the event of any questions regarding our temporary protocols.
