When you see what Clients of the Accelerator Centre get after they move in (see below), it's easy to see why our facility was filled in just nine months (the target was 18 months) and plans are already in place to expand our facilities. In short, we provide all the support you would expect in a highly professional office, which means you are free to focus on the growth and development of your business.

  • Security — front desk access control, swipe cards, keys, surveillance cameras, perimeter alarms and after hours controlled entry

    Open spaces, created to promote collaboration, are a key element of the Accelerator Centre

  • Adaptable work environment featuring movable walls, raised floors and flexible basic furniture that allow clients to be "up and running" quickly in a space that is well suited to accommodate changing needs
  • Meeting rooms — professionally furnished meeting spaces of various sizes (equipped with audio visual, flipcharts, whiteboards, and internet services)
  • Networking area — access to 1700 square feet of networking common area for daily interactions and special events (equipped with audio visual, speaker system, microphone and internet service)
  • Shared kitchen/food services area with microwave, fridge, complimentary coffee and tea service, vending machines, and a daily "food lady" selling light lunch items
  • Basic utilities, telephone and internet access, janitorial services and parking included in monthly fee
  • Close proximity to the University of Waterloo and Wilfrid Laurier University
