The latest Artist Meet & Greet, held on a quarterly basis as part of the art partnership between us at the Accelerator Centre and our friends at The Communitech Hub, was a huge success. 

I will start by mentioning the star of the show, artist Laurie Wonfor Nolan. Laurie was on full display at the center of our networking area as she did a live painting of the event. A huge "thank you" goes out to Chris Meidell and his team at Modevation Media for filming the event and creating an outstanding video to capture the live work.  The video, which includes an interview with Laurie, can be seen below - you must check it out!

Libro Financial also deserves a big "thank you" for being the sponsor for this quarter's art display, including going the extra mile to ensure that Laurie's Artist Meet & Greet was a massive success. There were over 200 people in attendance throughout the evening, and it was clear that every one of them had a wonderful time. The generosity of Libro allows us to purchase two of Laurie's pieces, including the one she painted live, both of which will be on permanent display at the Accelerator Centre.

Last but not least I would like to thank Jacqui Murphy from Art Allies for bringing all of us together on this initiative. The Accelerator Centre and The Communitech Hub are both better places visually now that we have stunning local artwork on our walls.
