Tom Matulis is the Regional Director for the National Research Council's Industrial Research Assistance Program (NRC-IRAP), and is responsible for the delivery of programs and R&D support across southern and southwestern Ontario. He came to NRC-IRAP with over 20 years of experience in engineering, product development, marketing, and sales management within manufacturing firms serving the automotive, electronics, healthcare, energy and water treatment industries. He has held senior sales and marketing positions with ATS Automation Tooling Systems in Cambridge, GE Water and Process Technologies in Guelph and Mexico, and Quadro Engineering in Waterloo and New Jersey. He is a graduate in chemical engineering from the University of Western Ontario.
