Tim Jackson - Chief Executive Officer

Experienced in several executive leadership roles, Tim Jackson has acted as CFO, CEO or board member for numerous technology companies including: ecobee, FibreTech Telecommunications, LiveHive Systems, Metranome, PostRank, Q9 Networks, Sandvine, and VideoLocus. Based on his hands-on experience, Tim assists AC clients with financings, human resource issues, M&A transactions and exits.

Tim Ellis - Chief Operating Officer

As COO of the Accelerator Centre, Tim has responsibility for oversight over the management and financial operations of the AC, and serves as a senior business advisor and mentor to early stage technology companies.

A seasoned entrepreneur, technology industry veteran, and expert in the cultivation of early-stage companies, Tim brings to the technology commercialization marketplace more than 17 years of experience, honed through participation in more than half a dozen start-up ventures. 

Gary Pooley - Chief Financial Officer

As CFO of the Accelerator Centre, Gary Pooley assists the AC management team in the planning and oversight of the Centre's finances and plays a role in strategic planning. Gary is a retired Ernst & Young partner who spent 34 years in public practice with a focus on technology and manufacturing clients.

Andrew Jackson - Director, Business Services

Andrew Jackson spearheads the Accelerator Centre's educational curriculum and manages the Accelerator Program's in-house mentorship program. Andrew's educational programs leverage industry experts and Program mentors to facilitate knowledge transfer and skill development for Accelerator Program clients and guide fledgling companies on a path toward business success.

Barb Muise - Manager, Administrative Services

Barb Muise oversees all daily administrative functions at the Accelerator Centre and is the primary point of contact for all AC clients on admin related issues. Barb's strong customer focus allows AC clients to concentrate their efforts on driving the growth and development of their companies with the assurance that they will be able to do so within a first-class and highly professional environment.

Carolyn Nolan - Director, Operations

Carolyn Nolan is the primary point of contact for all AC residents' facilities needs, working closely with clients of the Centre and its service providers. Carolyn brings to the Accelerator Centre many years of experience in customer service and management cultivated through her career in the insurance industry.

Karen Perry - Manager, Bookkeeping and Client Services

Karen Perry is responsible for bookkeeping, human resources, payroll administration and other administrative services on behalf of the Accelerator Centre and its clients. Karen joined the Accelerator Centre in April, 2007 bringing with her many years of hands-on entrepreneurial experience, having been a co-owner of her own business for 26 years.

Yaruby Franco - Office Coordinator

Yaruby Franco is the first Accelerator Centre team member to greet the clients and visitors of the facility. Yaruby's many years of office experience in the local technology industry are demonstrated, through the daily support and services she provides to the AC client companies. Yaruby also provides valuable support services to nearly every AC team member. Her tech industry experience, along with her hands-on approach is an incredible asset to the AC team.

Josh Wright - Manager, Strategic Initiatives

Josh is focused on medium-long term projects that help increase operational efficiency of the AC and research into new business models and best practices in incubation. He works on grant applications and reporting as well as various project work. He graduated from the Masters of Business, Entrepreneurship & Technology program at UW where he became addicted to innovation processes and technology entrepreneurship.
